Brown Wall Dots
If you want to have the background wall color as brown then white or crème wall dots will be ideal for sticking on the brown.

To make up a boys room you can apply brown wall dots to a white and light blue colored wall. And the furniture should be brown to look the best.
To make up a girls room you can combine the brown wall dots with some pink dots on a white or cream colored wall and add in other décor to make the dots stand out. The furniture should be either white or off white, or cream.
